FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. You can book directly with a physiotherapist in Alberta. Some insurance plans ask for a referral to cover treatment, so check your plan if you're unsure.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your injury and goals. After your assessment you'll get a written plan with an estimated number of visits, and we review it as you progress.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in. Shorts for knee, hip or ankle problems, and a tank top for shoulder or neck problems.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes. We're open until 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday and on Saturday mornings.
