Approach

Four steps. No surprises.

The same process whether it's your first campaign or your fifteenth. You see the plan before anything launches, and it's still your budget.

Step one

Audit

Find out what's actually happening before proposing anything new.

We pull real data instead of assuming: analytics, ad accounts, site performance, and current rankings. Whatever is already running gets reviewed first. If something you're doing is working, we keep it. Nothing gets torn down just to look busy.

You getA plain-language summary of what we found, not a forty-page deck.
Step two

Strategy

A plan built around your numbers, never a template from the last client.

The audit turns into a plan: what gets done first, where the budget goes, and a realistic timeline. We'd rather tell you something will take three months than promise six weeks and miss it. If a recommendation doesn't make sense for your business, say so.

You getA written plan and a clear quote, before anything launches.
Step three

Execution

The work ships on a timeline you know in advance.

Campaigns launched, pages built, content published. Execution isn't a black box: you'll know what's happening and when, and you can reach us with questions along the way instead of waiting for a monthly call to hear about something from three weeks ago.

You getA timeline up front, and a direct line while the work happens.
Step four

Reporting

One question, answered plainly: is this working?

If it is, we tell you why and keep going. If it isn't, we tell you that too, along with what we're changing because of it. Numbers come with context, not just a chart, and never jargon dressed up as insight.

You getMonthly updates: what happened, what changed, and what's next.
After the first cycle

A rhythm you can predict.

Audit and strategy happen up front. After that, most engagements settle into a steady monthly loop of doing the work and reporting on it.

Every month
Execution, then a plain-language report, then adjustments based on what the numbers say.
What a report looks like

One page, once a month.

Every month ends with a one-page report in plain language. This one uses made-up numbers for a fictional plumbing company, so you can see the format before you commit.

What worked

Emergency-repair searches drove half of all calls. The new reviews moved the map listing up for “plumber near me” in two neighbourhoods.

What we changed

Paused the water-heater ad group after three weeks with no calls, and rewrote the service-area page for Riverside.

Next month

Add photos from recent jobs to the Google Business Profile and test a weekend, call-only ad.

What you can hold us to

Four promises.

  1. 01

If something is already working, we keep it.

    Audit
  2. 02

We'd rather say three months than promise six weeks.

    Strategy
  3. 03

No black box. You'll know what's happening, and when.

    Execution
  4. 04

If it isn't working, we'll say so first.

    Reporting

Steps, same for every client

First campaign or fifteenth, the order never changes.

Plan, built on your numbers

Written down and agreed before anything launches.

Recycled templates

Nothing copied over from someone else's account.
